By using Forex Calendar Pro, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.
Forex Calendar Pro is a service that provides:
The Free plan offers limited access to economic calendar data with New York timezone only.
The Pro plan ($19/month) offers full access to all features, including all timezones, AI analyses, and Telegram notifications.
Your API key is personal and confidential. You are responsible for its security and must not share it. If compromised, regenerate your key immediately from the dashboard.
You agree to:
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period.
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued.
Forex Calendar Pro is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of economic data or continuous service availability. We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from using our service for trading decisions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
